Family beginnings in the construction and promotion sector:

1865: Beginning of the company by Francesc Duran Padern.
1870: Union of family branches of quarrymen and boilermakers.
1875: First work recruitment with technical and specialized personnel.
1880: Construction of roads in Reus, Salou and Vilaseca (Tarragona).

1900 DURAN MASSALLERAS

Family influence in private and civil works in Catalonia:

1900: First generational handover to Evelio Duran Massalleras.

1910: Intervention of Mr. Juli Mairal Mundet as general manager.
